Connecting to my work/school account?

Last night my Lumia 950 upgraded to the Creators Upgrade. I was awoken by the light of the display, asking me to accept some things. After I was awake to figure out what was going on, I responded to the request. Next there was a message something about connecting to my work account for some reason. It had my work email address. What I'm wondering is this, is that a part of the Creator's Update? Or is it Skype for Business? (I have Skype for Business, which obviously I use for communicating with my coworkers, boss, etc.)

Hi, it isn't part of the Creator's update, as you could connect to a Work/School account on earlier builds. It sounds like you have chosen the wrong option, because you would normally choose between your Microsoft account or a Work account. You need to choose you MSFT account if that is what you used previously.
