Constantly missing the first text in a group message

It seems that any time I receive a group message I am missing at least the first message. By the time I start getting the texts I am missing most of the conversation and I have to ask someone to resend the first text in the group message.

Has anyone seen this and is there a fix? Am I doing something wrong or do I have a setting set incorrectly?

This is happening to me as well. Was happening about 1 month ago or so on Lumia 920, now is happening on my new Lumia 1020, firmware 3045.0000

Unfortunately I have had the same issue...(HTC 8x) the issue came about with the latest update. (which was said to repair group text; of which I did not have an issue). Please post if you end up finding a resolution.

Exact same issue with my phone. I have the Nokia Lumia 920 (I think). I'm on Verizon. So frustrating. Please share if you figure it out.
