Contact numbers in Blue with a hyperlink

I have a Lumia 550 and an 830. Whenever I receive an email from a first time individual with an appended email signature where the contact numbers and the email ID of the sender is mentioned, the Email ID and the Website Address is highlighted in blue with a hyper link. However, the same is not true with the Telephone and Mobile and Fax numbers which appear as just plain numbers and I have to copy paste these in the Dial pad if I have to call them. Is there a setting which can be activated to get the telephone numbers also in blue with a link ?
