Contact Pictures blurry

Every time I pin a contact with a high res picture, they are pinned and look like how they're suppose too, but after a couple minutes and many lock and unlock times, they turn out blurry.
Any suggestions. thanks

Picture from Microsoft account will blur. Picture from Facebook will stay sharp. My suggestion, link hotmail contact with Facebook contact and delete hotmail photo then your,contact will have no choice but to use Facebook photo which is sharp.
