Contacts not coming up in Outlook

Anyone else notice that for some contacts when you starting typing their name in a new email their address is not coming up? Yet when you go to their contact record the email address is present. Very odd behaviour. Any suggestions?

This is happening to me on the desktop. Very annoying.
