How do I transfere my Contacts from the phone to the SIM-Cart on Nokia Lumia 610?

I'm not sure you can do that. I know you could probably import from the SIM, but I don't think you can export it.

Your contacts should be synced with your MS account (people.live.com) so if you're trying to move to another phone you can sign into your MS account on that phone.

Smartphones don't really use contacts on SIM cards these days. As xandros says, just connect the contacts to your live.com/google account and they can be accessed anywhere.
