Well, I just tried it on my Roku 3 and it works! But not as well as the wireless display adapter. It lags longer than the WDA and the video quality is sd. But it's still a cool thing to see.
How do you do that? Is the Roku a Miracast server by default? Or do you need something else?
Works with my Roku 2 as well but it doesn't use the full screen area of my TV. I have a 16:9 aspect ratio 1080p TV, but it looks like the phone projects a 4:3 aspect ratio image. Nothing is stretched or anything, the desktop just doesn't fill out the full width of the screen. Music is also pretty choppy usually, despite the router being plenty fast for music streaming.Well, I just tried it on my Roku 3 and it works! But not as well as the wireless display adapter.
