Copy paste, copy keeps disappearing?

When I copy text, while I'm messaging for example I receive a text while I'm writing one so I copy it and respond to the text... When I go to paste it in after its gone, the icon is faded?

Try tapping out of the text box and back in.

I've had this issue a couple of times as well, so annoying. I think it has to do with what you copy. Some password fields also do not let you paste.

I've run into password fields that won't let you paste on regular browsers. They want you to type in the information. Depends on the site.
