cortana asking for microsoft account

when i go to cortana its asking for microsoft account over and over again. and then appears "it's taking me longer than i expected to calibrate things to my satisfaction" please help me to solve this matter.

that's because cortana uses Bing to gather results. as you should
be aware, Bing is MSFT as is cortana. hence the need for your
MSFT account information.
