Cortana Can?t connect to internet, but i have internet connection.

Hi all,

I bought a Lumia 650 Dual Sim yesterday. My previous phone is a Lumia 930 and cortana is woring great on it. Directly after setting it up i updated to the last version of windows 10 (14393.189), Not thinking of checking cortana before. Now I have noticed that everytime i ask cortana a question, it says there is no internet connection. But i can surf the net and use whatsapp without a problem. I have hardreset and reinstalled without using backups but still no joy. anyone else having problems like this or is it just me?
