Cortana on my phone will only do basic functions. I can't have a conversation with her. All I get is Bing results. L810 with 8.1 developers preview.

She doesn't talk on my 1520.3 I'm guessing it's a firmware issue, because she talks just fine on my 920.

she is silent for me too

I got my L-930 yesterday and changed my region to US right at the first start of the phone

Only my keyboard and regional format is German, because i can't get away with the 12-hours format

I said the typical Things like "who build you", "tell me a joke" and "sing me a song"

I get the bing search results every time.

I even tried to reset cortana, with a tutorial from this forum, but it didn't worked for me

Hi, Cortana is still pretty silent on my UK Lumia 1020 - basic text, call, appointments, etc work brilliantly but no chit chat, just bing searches whenever I try :-(

Is it possibly affected by location? I'm in Guernsey which is kinda in the UK to all intents but our IPs often get muddled with France.

Same problems here with 1020 and UK cortana. Also the add interessests page is empty.
