Cortana disappeared

Hi guys,
i just rollback my lumia 520 software to lumia black and re-update it to windows 8.1 dev preview.but after update cortana disappeared and not available even after changing region and language.
help me

You have changed the language for sure but I don't think the language is installed. Go to phone update and you will see a new update.( us English language download) it wont show you what update it is. But as i said it is the language update. Go ahead and download update. And reboot your phone and check if Cortana is available. And let us know what happened.

Can be a bug. Only option is to hard reset the phone if soft reset didn't work.

Nopz...i am from India..its just few days ago I updated to official 8.1 on my Lumia 625. Before that I was using dev preview build and helped some of my friends to update to dev preview

It is available with DP too.. Maybe u have done something wrongly.. Recheck everything..
You have downloaded the 48mb pack.. Chnge ur language to us English, region to US. And have united states English at the very top of your language list..

Lumia cyan is available for Lumia 625 925 and 1520 in India.. Cortana is still in beta which means you have to change to US region and language. Now currently I am using the dev preview which recently got released for those who have official Lumia cyan
