Cortana giving web search only

I am just getting frustrated with Cortana. I tried to set an alarm, she gave me bing search. I also tried "Add reminder", but once again she provided me with bing search instead of adding reminder. This is happening since yesterday.

Am i the only one getting this?

1. Set an alarm for 6 AM
2. Wake me up in 20 minutes.
