I don't use it and it keeps popping up asking stupid questions. How do I make it stop? Turning it off doesn't work. Can I remove it?

Click in the search box, on the left select Notebook. Then Settings. Then off.
I never see it pop up and ask stupid questions though. Are you sure you don't have a virus?
