cortana is not available with windows 8.1 update in india . how can i get cortana ?
i just updated yesterday, now my nokia lumia 520 is oprating with windows 8.1, but there is no option or icon of #cortana.

isn't cortana available in india ?

Cortana is available with WP8.1 GDR1. So you will have to make your phone dev preview, install GDR1 and then you will have Cortana.
