Cortana music recognition in India??

I was just talking to cortana the other day and I said "do you recognise music?" And she goes all big and listens for music (screenshot) . But then she says she cannot connect to the internet ... I found out that words like 'recognize music' trigger the music recognition...but it always says can't connect to internet. Will cortana ever recognise music outside US?
