Cortana not showing any interests in notebook how to get it worked

In my phone in cortana interests are not showing but all other things are working well...i am from India with settings US...I checked with both mobile data and WiFi but both times it is showing not able to get results pls try again later.... How to get the interests pls someone help me ...

Its now working now we only needed to activate the cookies in bing settings...
