Cortana not speaking

I have the latest build on my phone, which is a Nokia Lumia 735 when I use cortana it does the normal things but don't speak on like, sing a song, tell a joke etc, what can i do to fix this?

This is a bug with the latest build. Dona detailed as much in the release notes.

Cortana’s text to speech capabilities is not working in this build. For example, Cortana won’t be able to read text messages out loud for you, tell jokes, sing, or give verbal prompts.
