Cortana for AU changes few things.
From that in setting auto language select option is available.
Australia,India,USA,UK
Some country available.
Currently I am using India region.

1 ) If I want cortana USA can I must download language for that?

2 )what's the difference between cortana of these region.
( any extra features on cortana of selected region from above )

Yes, you must download the relevant speech and language packs for each region

Difference would be each offers results closer to their own region rather than your current one - that's my opinion

Can USA region cortana has more features? Compare to other like song detections which is not available for india region Cortana.
