Cortana will not work! UK! Nokia Lumia 520!

Hey, I have done everything it says on the windows website my phone updated to 8.1 and I swiped to applications and Cortana isn't there.

Can someone please help me? I am in the UK and have a Lumia 520

Change the phones location to US and also change the speech to US then u will get it

Only on "Some" phones, like new 735's, 830's and 930's

To get it now on other phones you have a couple of choices, you can set your settings to US (Not something I wanted to do) or join the developers preview program (You don't have to be a developer) or finally wait a bit longer, we are thinking the update wont be too long, but then it goes out to the carriers (Vodafone, EE etc) and they can take a few weeks or longer to release it.

I gave in and joined the dev preview.
