My Surfacebook 2 just got updated to the new May 2020 build. I think ...

Since the update my Cortana app is no longer working (it also go recently updated in the Microsoft App Store).
When I open the app, there is a message that states "Sorry Cortana is not available in English (Australia) at this time.
Is there a way to fix it? It was working before the update.
