She is in beta stage, available in English (United states ) as of now but she would be traveling around the world in coming month/year :smile:

Well MS did state that they'd like to have it in most if not every language where the WP is being sold. That's a huge project, it might not happen soon, but it will happen at one point. I wouldn't worry as the Cortana is pretty much a flaghship of WP so it will stick around for quite some time.
