I have a 925 and running 8.1 but I cannot find Cortana to download. I live in the UK. Can anyone tell me where to download it from please.

Hey Bill,
You don't download Cortana, it comes bundled with Windows Phone 8.1. If you're running Windows Phone 8.1 Update (Settings > about), you get Cortana in the UK.
If not running the update (only available via Preview for Developers), switch your region, keyboard, speech and other settings to English (United States) and this will enable Cortana!
