I have a Surface 3 with Windows 10 installed. I'm selling it because I purchased a SP4.
I attempted to do a reset, not back to 8.1 but one that would remove all my files and personal information, but have had trouble doing so. I keep getting a message, before it reinstalls windows 10, "Your PC has been reset, but we could not remove all your personal files. If you plan to give away or recycle this PC, try resetting again".
I've done it twice with the same result.
I'm not a computer guy so I'm not sure where to go from here. Any suggestions? Thanks.
