Crazy battery drain, 21% per hour

My battery started draining crazy fast. It drains 21% per hour when I play games, 12% per hour when I browse the net, 6% when idling with the screen on and 0,8% when on standby with the screen off.

Tried soft reset and hard reset, and none of it helps. I also haven't restored the phone from my backup so the OS is clean. No apps installed other than asphalt 8 and 'Battery' by Enless Soft ltd. I'm starting to think this is a hardware issue. The phone is 2 months old.

Is there anything I can try before I send the phone in?

What operating system are you using? Windows 10 Mobile or Windows Phone 8.1?

well, the 21% per hour playing games can be 100% accurate depending on the game, and asphalt 8 is a battery eater. I can kill my 920 in 5 hours flat with a good hour or 2 of asphalt 8. everything else? no clue. background services maybe?
