Currently I've 3 drivers updates sources, which one should I stick to?

1. HP Support Assistant
2. Intel Driver and Support assistant
3. Windows Update

Which one should I stick to?

Remove the Intel and HP update software.

Stick with Windows update.

Then, if you have an issue, visit the oem's web site for suitable driver updates.
