Custom APN settings - Gone. - never mind

Huh,

Anyone else notice that you can no longer modify or setup custom APM settings (Settings --> Cellular) after the GDR2/Amber update?

Or do you have to have an unlocked phone to mess around with them now?

edit: Never mind. I didn't install Access Point. My bad.
