Cyan lost to Lumia?

I'm a long-time Apple/iOS user but am seriously considering the move to Windows Phone. I especially liked the form factor of the early Lumia 800, in a large part because of the cyan colour. I'm UK based and sad that since then cyan has either not made it here or not been a colour option. Has Nokia dropped it? Might the 1020 come in cyan? Or a future phone? Also, as a Mac user I've heard of some issues syncing the Windows phone calendar with the calendar app on the Mac. Any work around?

Hmm. Cyan isn't widely available partially due to ATT getting a long exclusive on the cyan 920...
Well, you still have the 720 and below coming in cyan, right?

Well, I don't use Mac OS, so I can't comment there.
