Cyan update for 720

[WPCentral Question]

I have updated my lumia 720 through preview for developers...now cyan update is available in India...but my device is not showing any updates....is there any chance for me to update cyan or what should i do???

Cyan updates are currently stopped for dev preview users because of the bitlocker issue.. You could wait a bit more until MS gives a fix or you can downgrade to WP 8 using Nokia recovery tool and then update to 8.1 thru cyan OTA update...

if you're on the PfD WP8.1.1 and will try to downgrade using the Nokia Software Recovery Tool, you will automatically have the cyan after the process..

Have you tried turning OFF/disabling the PfD, then search for the update?
