, now i have a problem , on my phone lumia 620 now it is running on 8.1 update as preview for developers, and now my phone is ready for cyan update in India, but when i check for update it shows that your phone is up to date. and plz help to to get cyan update on my phone .

You have to downgrade your phone to Lumia black, & then you'll b able to update it to Lumia cyan! Downgrade your phone using Nokia software recovery tool!

The battery life has increased! Its better than 8.1 dev preview, almost same as windows 8

USE NSU its completely erase allthings and make it as brand new

Use nokia software recovery tool....downgrade / simply select to clean the current phone software package and click check for updates...it will show the cyan update release as the latest software available for your phone....download and install....thats it..!
