Will i get the cyan update in preview for developers ? And when ?

No you will not get Nokia cyan update with developer preview. Developer preview includes windows phone 8.1 which is seeded by Microsoft where as cyan update is a firmware update from Nokia. You will get cyan update in early May-June.

No but you will get an official update within few weeks or months after the dev preview, depending on your carrier.

Sometime in June I think and yes, it'll come to all Lumia phones.
