Dark / Light / Other Themes in new universal apps ?

Does anybody knows whats meant with new light theme in case of the new calc app (and others as well) ?
I have found no possibility to Change the theme of an app, also not in General. In the new modern Settings, i have in personalization page only the lockscreen Settings. Is this maybe a bug, and something is missing there for me ? Because the text tells also Background, Colors, sounds...

No they just mean that they changed the colors of the app.
