Data in and out

I recently got a new replacement 822 and over the past week I have had issues with the data. It will tell me I have service but I am unable to get out to the internet or use any apps that use the network (FB, Mint, 6tag). I have pulled the battery and reseated the sim card and it doesn't change anything. I have been in multiple cities and it does it. It just randomly starts working again and randomly stops. I have also reset the phone. Has anyone had this issue?

It is possible the replacement is bad. What does Verizon say when you talk with them about the issue?
