Data Sense: Filter out certain Apps

Figured I would share this Feedback that is on UserVoice to vote for

Basically give us the ability to filter or whitelist an application that we do not want Data Sense to count towards our usage.
Which would be great for those on T-Mobile because Music Apps and Speed Tests do not count towards our bandwidth usage.
