Date + Time setting on Windows 10 Mobile?

Date + Time setting on windows 10 mobile

I use Lumia 640XL with Windows 10 mobile. Recently, I just realized that I couldn't find the option to set time into 12-hour or 24-hour on my phone. Been looking at my date + time setting and there is no option or toggle like what was in windows 8.1. Is it only my phone or anybody else has the same issue?

settings > time&language > date&time > 24 hour clock toggle should be the very first option
