Default ringtone, text tone and background removed in update

Hey there,

I was wondering if any of you could give me a hand. Today I updated my Nokia Lumia 520, as it asked me to. After it had updated I received a text and I noticed the tone sounded different. So I checked my ringer tone and that had stayed similar, but again, changed. The tones had been replaced by similar but different tones. Also, my background image had changed and the previous image had been also been removed from the phone. Does anyone know why and how to retrieve my old tones/background?

Nah I didn't think of that. It is just very bizarre as nothing else apart from the 3 default settings were changed
