I notice that billing application I'm internet cafe already running before the desktop is shown to the user.
Unlike putting the program in startup folder or registry, which will have noticeable delay, the billing application seems to be already running.
I'd like this kind of feature in my application using .net WPF.
But, I know that this is not a programming forum, so any cmd scripts or registry hacks or what have you is absolutely ok.
