Deleted Photos Reappearing

Deleted photos have been reappearing in my phone whenever I restart my phone. This issue started happening after I updated my Windows to the latest version. Has anyone else been experiencing this problem? I'm thinking of formatting my SD card to see if it'll solve the issue.

You could backup what u need from your memory card and format it from the phone,it might work.
