Deleted video still displays on Xboc Video live tile, why?

Deleted video still displays on Xboc Video live tile

I had an old video I recorded and since removed but it still shows up on the live tile display for the Xbox Video app.

How can I change this? More concerning is the fact that if this video is not stored on my phone or on OneDrive, then where is it being stored?! For it to display on my phone means there must still be a copy of it somewhere.

Play another video, any video, pause it, go to start screen, the tile should be updated. Unpin and pin again also works.

Excellent, thanks. Pinning & unpinning didn't work but playing another video did. I guess it must store the video/picture in a temporary directory that the user can't view for live tile.

I mean if my suggestion fail, you need to unpin and pin it again, sorry wrong language phrasing. But since it works unpinning isn't necessary.
