I read that there was this app developed that uses the camera to continuously focus and thus allow the flash to stay on.
I am not very good with the development of apps as I have yet to make one
However I was playing with the Dell's EM application, I tapped on the blank space in the app and then pressed on the slider keyboard 'qwertyuiop' without quotes to get more options.
Then selected the RD Test, then typed *#6336# and selected LED and there is an option that turns on the flash continuously fine
Maybe a developed could develop an app do that cos it is a pain to go through that to get a LED lol
