Mine came in on Tuesday - two weeks earlier than estimated, but I was out of town on Business! Activation was a bit of a pain since Dell also apparently screwed that up, but eventually got someone in the TMo port center that handled everything perfectly.

The phone has a few glitches but in general I am quite happy with it. The keyboard is amazing. It's a bit bulky after carrying around a Focus for a couple of weeks, but I'm hoping a third party holster will be available soon, since I prefer to carry my phone on my hip.

I'll work up a quick list of pros/cons that I have had so far and share them in a different post.
