Windows Central Question

Desktop location unavailable

Last night my pc (upgraded from w7 to w10 last november) updated automatically. This morning, a warning message appeared: C:\windows\system32\config\systemprofile\desktop is unavailable.
If you need further specifics ask me which ones. I hope somebody can help me.

Re: Desktop location unavailable

What should I do exactly?
I can open the control panel from the search bar, because the windows start button on the bottom left corner is not working at the moment.
Once I'm there, where exactly can I reset that?
