Dev Center App on Windows phone store Deleted, how can I get it back?

Dev Center App on Windows phone store Deleted

Since last few days, I couldn't find "Dev Center" app on Windows phone app store.
Do anybody have idea about it..?
Did Microsoft deleted the "Dev Center" app from windows phone store..?
if yes, why..?

They deleted it as they are making changes apparently
