If u installed windows phone SDK then go to start screen
search for Windows Phone Developer Registarion
and open it connect your mobile to pc via usb and click unlock it will ask for email please enter the same email u used for preview for developres

Tada phone is unlocked........Check this Windows App Studio - Microsoft - Howto
