Okay, so I've got my hands on an Ativ S Neo for Sprint (that was brought from the US here and has WP8 GDR2 or GDR3).
I've googled a bit about it, and it looks like Sprint offered a WP8.1 update, which I did not receive.
I've tried using the WP SDK to developer unlock the phone after downloading the Preview for Developers app, but I'm stuck with an error 0x64 (Cannot communicate with the Windows Phone Dev Center).
I've tried two different MS accounts (one of them was used back in 2014 when WP8.1 was beta) but to no avail.
Has anyone tried to dev-unlock a WP device (not Windows 10) recently?
