Developer Preview new update causes phone to continuously reboot

I had the new Developer Preview update and now my phone reboots every minute or so. Non-stop.

What is the best thing to do? Can I remove the latest update?

I would hard reset it n if that didn't work use Nokia Software Recovery tool

I was able to reset the phone using the Nokia software Recovery tool. All things back to normal.
