Developer preview won't load sign in page?

I have installed the developer preview and enabled it but my problem is that when it takes me to the portal to sign in to actually authorise my account nothing happens!

On my 1020 it takes me to a log in page I sign in and the updates are available...

But on my 520 it doesn't do that. The sign in page doesn't load.

I've tried a full reset and wipe and different data connections but nothing.

There are no error messages it just doesn't load.

Help? thanks.

did you tried to create developer account via app studio ? do you have the same Microsoft ID on Lumia 520 ?
