developer unlock lumia 1020?

Is there any way to developer unlock lumia 1020 on windows 7? the skd 8 can not be install on win 7 at all...

You can use a virtual machine and install to that. You may even dual boot Windows 8 if you're afraid of fully upgrading. However, the developer kit does require Windows 8 and the effort needed to virtualize everything for older operating systems is not worth it.
