Windows Central Question

Did someone hacked my dad's computer ?

I have just formatted my dad's computer and I almost finished installing windows 7 when I see the window, shown on the link to an image I have provided.
I have whitened my friends home group name and account. But why do I see his home group on my dad's computer when the there hasn't been any interaction between the two?The image is in Bulgarian, but I will try to literally translate it :

Installing of windows
Sharing with other desktop computers with windows 7.
Windows discovered a home group in your network. When you join to a home group, you can share files and printers with other computers with windows 7.To continue, take the password for the home group from (whitened area) of (whitened area)-PC from other member of the home group.
Choose the following, which you want to share :
(checked)Pictures (checked)Music
(checked)Video recordings(checked)Printers
(unchecked)documents
More info about home groups
Type your password for the home group :
(area to type password)
To receive the password, ask(whitened area) in (whitened area)-PC or other member of the home group to open the home group in the control panel on his computer.
Skip Next

How did that happened ?
Is there any risk that someone can have direct access to my dads computer ?
What should I do ?

Try turning off remote assistance and remote desktop. Are you sure you used correct W7 ISO w/o any mods? Try running a scan using Kaspersky Rescue Disk by burning the ISO to a usb drive or you can use HBCD or F4 UBCD to run MBAM to detect rootkits or malware.
