did the 640 stopped receiving updates

it's been a long time since my lumia 640 received an update.
i am on the production ring and my phone is on 10.0.14393.693.
is this the latest update?

Yes that's the latest production build. The Creators Update will be coming to you in around a month

I'm pretty sure that is an Insider build.

Microsoft has said many times that current windows phones wo continue to receive support and updates till the devices end of life, so no need to worry about updates. And as has already been mentioned by @dov1978, the creators update is going to be shipped soon, so consider this the lull before the storm.

The cumulative update for February has been placed on hold for Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile.
Wait till March for the next update, your Lumia 640 is still supported don't worry
